The AZURE Houses issue returns in 2026 with stunning, innovative residential projects from Canada and around the world. Plus, we take a look at that seeming relic of the past: the mall.

An appreciation for the beauty of imperfection led to this collection of porcelain stoneware tiles, a collaboration with London-based studio Benoy.

Glitch focuses on both the natural imperfections and irregularities found in concrete surfaces and those found in the digital world (for instance, a computer’s flickering screen after an unexpected error has occurred, hence the collection’s name).

Reinterpreting the scratches, cracks, stains and wear of concrete surfaces, the tiles are applicable in residential and commercial environments and are offered in eight stone-inspired colourways, including Gravel, Graphite, Carbon and Sand.
