The recent colour expansion to Kasthall’s Häggå collection of small-scale patterned woven rugs was inspired by nature’s shifting seasons. Intentionally chosen to highlight and enhance the individual character of Stripe, Dot, Post and Sugar Cube, the new palette is subtle and subdued.
The ridges and furrows of Stripe Icon are meant to resemble a freshly plowed field and how early-morning light plays with shadow and depth. Available in Linen Beige, Straw Yellow, Green Field, Griffin Grey and Bark Brown.
An array of small dots forms the patterning of Dot Icon, creating a trick of the eye that – on first glance – reads as a solid but reveals a nuanced structure upon closer inspection. Available in Burnt Terracotta, Blue Creek, Dusty Grey, Raw Umber and Silver Green.
Influenced by the urban environment, specifically the deep shadows cast by streetlights, Post Icon features a series of identical and repeated rods in a lattice-like motif that combines dark and light. Available in Willow Green, Evening Blue, Grey Stone, Redwood Haze and Linen Beige.
Sugar Cube Icon’s pattern features light squares surrounded by darker contrasting colours that, combined, bring both warmth and softness. Available in Dark Verona, Yellow Ocher, Slate Blue, Rye Beige and Misty Green.
Each features a 100 per cent natural linen border and is offered in a range of standard sizes and custom sizing.
