Belgian furniture-maker Ethnicraft has expanded its popular Jack Outdoor collection of lounge furniture to include a new material – aluminum. Known for its contemporary use of sustainably sourced and certified solid wood designs – specifically, teak, mahogany, sycamore and oak – the use of the durable metal marks a first for the brand.

Designed by Antwerp-based Jacques Deneef, the pieces in the Jack Outdoor collection are defined by clean lines, subtle curves and welcoming shapes, and can create luxurious and inviting scenarios in exterior settings.

The rigorous design and hardy materials mean Jack is more than capable of withstanding the elements, from tropical heat to mountain cold, and the new white-finished aluminum option is no exception.

With a classic slatted design, the Jack lounge chair, two-seater sofa and footstool are easy to incorporate into balconies, terraces, poolside and gardens, offering both style and substance.

Jack Outdoor furniture pieces — in teak, black-stained teak and the new white-finished aluminum — can be left bare or fitted with quick-dry foam cushions that are upholstered in woven, all-weather, 100 per cent polypropylene in Off-White, Mocha or Natural.
