Comprising two glass lenses that encapsulate the interior LED source, this suspension series by Czech lighting brand Bomma comes in 21 configurations. Designed by Studio DeForm, it can also be fully customized in the hand-painted colour of one’s choice.

The collection, which is finished with brass detailing, is made with the company’s in-house-developed pressed glass technology. “Any small bubbles, non-melts and irregularities in the glass are both proof and a characteristic feature of this unique glassmaking process,” the brand explains.

Lens is one of three series that Bomma is including in its Constellation service, which guides architects and designers in creating their own unique awe-inspiring light installations, such as the one pictured below.
