With the Mirror Image collection, J+J Flooring translates four of its familiar textile patterns into Kinetex, the brand’s proprietary textile composite flooring. Blending the main characteristics of soft-surface floor coverings with high-performance qualities of hard-surface flooring, Kinetex is suitable for use in retail, corporate, healthcare, education and institutional settings.
Four patterns are included in the Mirror Image collection – Carbon Copy, Reflections, Parallels and Renewal – and each are offered in four colourways and a range of pattern scale, concentration and size. Graphics are rendered using High-Def Color Technology, which lends the flooring a tufted and textured look.
Grouped in beige, warm grey, cool grey and blue neutral colour families, the offerings are easily introduced to a range of interiors. The face fibre of Kinetex products is an abrasion- and ravel-resistant knitted fabric that has been thermally fused to a cushioned polyester felt backing.
Made from 45 per cent post-consumer recycled content, each tile contains the equivalent of 27 used water bottles and has a bleach-resistant top layer, dries 75 per cent faster than carpet and the material removes common allergens, irritants and contaminants from the air.
