Designer Deborah Moss has crafted a series of conference tables for Nienkämper that stand out with their unique blend of materials and finishes. This innovative mix showcases a daring sense of creativity and style and ensures that each table is uniquely tailored to your specific needs.
Drawing inspiration from architectural shapes and industrial materials, the Moss table seamlessly blends organic and industrial elements. Its base features a strong, sculptural design with smooth, gentle curves that create a visually intriguing contrast of finishes and materials.
The base can be wrapped in veneer, showcasing Nienkämper’s exceptional craftsmanship and manufacturing capabilities. The interior panel of the base is also available in a painted finish, and these finishes can be combined in countless ways, giving the designer a strong sense of creative control.
The Moss table is designed with functionality in mind, with discreet wire management to ensure that cables are kept out of sight and your workspace remains tidy. The base also features an easily removable panel, providing quick access to concealed wires or cables without compromising the table’s sleek appearance.
The Moss Table comes in 7 standard shapes with rounded corners: rectangle, soft rectangle (6” radius), boat, soft boat (6” radius), racetrack, super ellipse and closed vista. It is available in standard veneer and PLam, interlayer glass and stone finishes, with standard edges and exposed ply self-edge.
The underside of the table, rail, and bracket are painted to match the interior base. The double-sided surface power forum is also painted to match, adding additional visual interest.
The Moss table is versatile and can be used in executive boardrooms and casual meeting rooms. Depending on the finish you choose, you can dress it up or down. Attention to detail is key, and the Moss table has it all.
Nienkämper’s Moss Conference Table won Best of NeoCon Silver and a HiP Award at NeoCon 2024.
