A collaboration with Italian studio Favaretto + Partners, the Nerita seating collection from Versteel expresses a precise artistry through sustainable innovations. Harmoniously balancing aesthetics with function, the designs are striking, iconic and ergonomically perfect. 

Defined by inviting curves and contours, the chairs within the Nerita seating collection are made with a single-piece polypropylene shell and feature a soft, matte texture and is offered in five easy-to-work-with neutral shades: Near Black, Oyster, Quarry, Sand and Snow. The polypropylene used for the single-piece shells is biocompostable, extremely durable and also UV-resistant. 

The Nerita seating collection is offered with three base styles – 4-leg, sled or swivel – and in versions with or without arms.

Complementing the base styles are three features – a black HDPE glide for the 4-leg, a clear polycarbonate flat glide for the sled base and three-inch hollow wheel black casters for the swivel chair. An optional upholstered seat pad is available for all versions. 

Nerita’s sturdy frame and swivel base can be finished in all of Versteel’s powder-coated colourway options as well as in chrome or nickel. Also, a wide range of upholstery fabrics (including coated options) are available to create a seating series perfectly suited to its environment.
