Characterized by the designers as “elevated utilitarianism,” the Nico collection of furniture by DeMuro Das is defined by its shared form-forward profiles, pared-back sensibility and expert balancing of soft and hard. 

Combining handsome proportions with timeless materials, founders and designers Brian DeMuro and Puru Das have crafted the series to celebrate the timelessness of quality design and craftsmanship. 

Included in the four-piece Nico collection are a bench, lounge chair, sofa and ottoman, and each features a carved hardwood base that acts as an elegant support for the plush upholstered elements. Gently angled arms and high backs on the sofa and chair add a sculptural touch to the generous seats, while the bench and ottoman make harmonious companions with their tapered bases and tight upholstery. 

The shapely bases are available in solid walnut, natural or grey oak and dark espresso lacquer and the upholstered volumes are offered in a range of luxe fabrics including mohair.
