The new OF.LIGHT from Decor Walther was designed by Sebastian Herkner as an expansion to his OF.LINE collection of clean-lined bathroom accessories.
Combining functional lighting technology with an atmospheric design, the OF.LIGHT lamp is defined by its precise and minimalist expression and is a seamless complement to the existing accessories.
The base of the compact OF.LIGHT lamp is made from solid aluminum that has been detailed with vertical grooves, lending the fixture a sense of depth and dimension. Evoking iconic architectural features, the precision-machined linear channels also create a play of light and shadow and give the table lamp a surface that is distinctive to both the sense of touch and of sight.
Created using traditional Bavarian craftsmanship ceramic techniques, the hand-crafted, mouth-blown porcelain diffuser completes the visually striking OF.LIGHT lamp. Portable and rechargeable, the lamp can be taken wherever it’s needed, allowing for complete illumination freedom.
The base and diffuser components are available in mix-and-match colours: the aluminum base is offered in Champagne, Mocca and Aqua, while the diffuser comes in Dune, Moor and Shell.
The German accessories brand’s OF.LINE collection by Sebastian Herkner features the same grooved aluminum (in glossy finishes) and natural-glazed porcelain elements and includes soap dispensers and bowls, towel holders and hooks, toilet brush sets, paper towel and tissue boxes and storage trays and boxes. The name of the collection is a subtle reference to Offenbach am Main, the urban area outside of Frankfurt where both the designer and the brand have their studios.
