Translating natural settings through an artistic lens, the Perspective wallpaper collection from Innovations includes six designs that play with the concept of pattern and texture. Experimenting with the scale of brushstrokes, the mural-like coverings are digitally printed on different materials – including woven grasscloth, silver foil, pearlescent fabric and more. Two of the designs are Summit and Falls.
Summit, on the other hand, evokes the stunning beauty of majestic mountain ranges with peaks and valleys conveying tonal fluctuations in a painterly way. Appearing like a hand-painted mural on a pearlescent fabric-faced vinyl, Summit is available in four colourways names for famous global peaks: Blue Ridge (that mixes blues, greys and whites), Everest (shifting green, grey and white), Himalayas (red tones with grey and white) and Andes (stormy grey, black and white).
With Falls, a cascade of bold black, brown, green or blue strokes are set off by a crisp white background, with drops of colour gracefully gliding down the wall in varying intensity similar to the ebb and flow of a waterfall. Printed on a polyester/cotton blend, Falls is available in four water-inspired colourways: Gorge, Mist, Crest and Stream.
The other four design in the Perspective collection are: Foliage (a large-scale abstract pattern printed on sisal with a metallic foil and defined by sweeping brushstrokes that depict the silhouettes of leaves, berries and stems; in four colourways); Juniper (with hand-drawn ink lines and dots over a metallic foil creating an enchanted forest; in four colourways); Magnolia (an expressive motif of petals and flowers on cellulose with metallic foil; in four colourways); and Meadow (a mosaic-effect garden landscape on sisal that resembles an impressionist painting; in four colourways).
