For his first collaboration with Tai Ping, French designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance referenced the formation of the planet, focusing on the minerals and rocks found in Brittany, France, where he grew up. 

Comprised of five main designs, the 11 rugs in the series translate the rough, hard materials into luxuriously soft elements: The hand-tufted pieces blend together wool, silks, jute, Lurex and Field (a Tai Ping enhanced performance yarn).

Irregular in shape and rendered with a high degree of depth and dimension, each rug has a beautiful artistic quality.
