hay rey furniture collection chair bruno rey

Denmark’s Hay has collaborated with Switzerland’s Dietiker to introduce the Ray collection, a series of chairs, stools and tables originally devised by Swiss industrial designer Bruno Rey in 1971.

The reissue stays true to its predecessor’s concept by maintaining both the iconic silhouettes and the innovative wood-to-metal screwless production process but has updated and added new colours – while still offering Rey’s original palette – and dimensions that better fit with today’s lifestyle requirements.

At once classic and timeless, the furniture is defined by rounded edges and curved lines and is equally suitable for use in both private residences and public settings.
