A new iteration for Patricia Urquiola’s vivid and optically dramatic rug, Round Mirage sees thick straight lines transition into a contrastingly sinuous expression.

Conceived as both a rug and wall tapestry, the bold motif plays with colour, geometry and superimpositions, the Op art-like floor covering is available in three balanced gradations – blue, orange and nude.

Each rug is hand-knotted using 100 per cent New Zealand wool, a natural fibre that is highly durable, sustainable, renewable and biodegradable with the overlapping square and circle shapes creating a strong sense of movement. The material is also hypoallergenic, insulating and easy to maintain.
