The Savoa table series by Sakari Hartikainen – the first collaboration between the Finnish designer and Swedish furniture-maker Swedese – is defined by sweeping lines and quality craftsmanship. 

Made from solid oak, the sculptural pieces are comprised of a thin surface with reverse-bevel that balances seemingly precariously atop a vertical volume that tapers as it rises. Viewed from the side, the base appears as a semi-circle, furthering its unique expression. 

An expression of Kartikainen’s organic design philosophy, the playful yet sophisticated tables instill strong character in a room, one that demands attention with its simplicity. Savoa is offered in three sizes and three finishes that showcase the natural grain of the wood.
