For the Shades tile collection for Ceramiche Piemme, designer Gordon Guillaumier took inspiration from hand-decorated majolica and used 3D printing to achieve realistic-looking watercolour brushstrokes.
The porcelain stoneware floor and wall collection features four different patterns, each available in five colourways that range from light to dark blue, white to gold. Multiple size options are offered and include slabs measuring 60 x 60 cm and 60 x 120 cm and tiles from 20 x 20 cm to 80 x 80 cm, plus a hexagonal and two three-dimensional surfaces, Net and Mesh.
