Originally designed in 2018 by Paris-based Patrick Norguet for Emu, the Tami collection of outdoor seating is now available in North America through the Italian brand’s Emuamericas branch.

Tami’s basic platform-like structure features unique profiles that the surface support slats easily snap into place using an interlocking system. This allows for the interchangeable seating pieces – single, double and triple loungers as well as corner pieces and multiple table surfaces – to be reconfigured as needs change.

Made from bamboo or WPC (a composite of recycled bamboo wood and fibres), the slats ructures are resistant to water and bacteria, easy to clean and maintain and 100 per cent recyclable at end of life; Tami’s frame is made from aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
