Developed by L.A.-based designer Jonathan Olivares, the Twill Weave Textiles collection of woolen fabrics for Kvadrat uses a traditional twill binding to give the textile an emphasized structure of diagonal lines, similar to the weaving pattern of carbon fibre. The 19 colourways available are inspired by the natural tones of rocks and minerals including azurite, copper, graphite and gypsum.
