Architectural woven and wire mesh manufacturer Banker Wire has expanded the plated coating offers for its TXZ-3 mid-fill woven wire mesh pattern.
The TXZ-3 architectural mesh is made using a four-heddle loom, which produces a zigzag arrangement of flat and round crimped wires. Two raw material alternatives are available – SS (stainless steel wire mesh) and PL (plain steel wire mesh) – that can be finished in two secondary finishing techniques: powder-coating and plating.
For the plating process, nine new finishes have been introduced: Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Antique Nickel, Black Copper, Bright Copper, Satin Brass, Bright Chrome, Dark Oxide and Champagne Bronze.
TXZ-3 braided wire mesh is an architectural product suitable for use on dividing screens, shelving, counters, ornate backings for ceiling tiles, panels and other interior applications.
