With its fast-curing pre-mixed grout, UltraCeramic Contract is faster to install, lighter and easier to cut than hard surface tiles. American Biltrite’s design intent was to create a resilient flooring system, which would boast the authentic look and feel of natural stone.

The collection’s 24-hour mess-free installation is done using a pre-coloured fast-curing grout, eliminating some of the issues proper to ceramic tiles — such as downtime for curing and grout colour inconsistencies. An ideal solution for renovations, the application does not require any heavy cutting machinery or specialized labour.

Easy to clean and disinfect, UltraCeramic Contract also features a “no-wax-for-life,” stain-resistant polyurethane surface treatment. This means that the surface won’t show signs of tarnishing after frequent disinfection, unlike marble or other natural stones.
