Designed by Japan’s Nendo, the Wedge table collection plays with perception as it appears to defy gravity. Perched on solid semi-circular legs that taper to an oblique 30-degree chisel end, the generous tables have an illusion of weightlessness and appear to lean ever so slightly off balance. 

The sculptural supportive columns present as flat from one angle and gently rounded from another; the angled cut at their base transmits a sense of lightness that counters their heaviness. 

Wedge is available as a dining table in three round, three rectangular and two softened rectangular formats, and also as a square, rectangular and circular coffee table. Surfaces options include various marbles, laminated, tempered or bevelled glass, MDF ash veneer and legs can be satin finish metal, polished steel or metal with brushed wenge veneer.
