Grand Angle – designed by Marie C Dorner for Ligne Roset – is a sectional sofa for contemporary living, available as a modular system or as a single sofa. Its unique design, known for its flexibility and extreme comfort, offers an elegant and versatile option for living room seating.

According to designer Marie C Dorner, “Grand Angle is a flexible modular sofa system which can be configured in many different ways, to create a wide variety of compositions.”

It offers infinite configurations in 90° and 45° angles for a multitude of compositions. Grand Angle’s innovative articulated backrest bends and can be adjusted for flexibility in depth of seat and headrest height, providing comfort for different postures. The magic of the backrest comes from its inverted chain system and expertly tailored “stretch” stitching, making it possible to create a high headrest in vertical position, or a rolled-up one in combination with a lumbar cushion, for a shallower position.

The element of comfort has been meticulously considered, with a combination of 3 components (Bultex foam, ultra flexible foam and feathers) used on the seat, all of which sit on a webbed frame. Armrest options include high and thin or broad and flat – which you can even sit on. Over 500 upholstery styles and colours are available for Grand Angle including microfibres, leathers, velvets, wools, chenilles, and more.
