Created by renowned British designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, TIBBO reflects the increasingly fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor living. As DEDON’s first collection to incorporate teak, TIBBO brings together meticulous craftsmanship, architectural precision and exceptional comfort in a comprehensive range of outdoor dining and lounge furniture.

The collection began with the designers’ appreciation for teak and its naturally soft, tactile character. Rather than following the rigid, rectangular forms often associated with traditional teak furniture, Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby developed TIBBO with smooth transitions, rounded profiles and inviting proportions. Hand-turned wooden elements accentuate the material’s warmth and texture, while the curved, sail-like seat backs create a distinctive silhouette and provide ergonomic support.

TIBBO balances this visual softness with a sense of architectural rigour. Its construction is considered and precise, yet the overall expression remains relaxed, understated and welcoming. Premium teak is paired with handwoven DEDON Fiber and generously upholstered cushions, creating a rich material composition suitable for residential, hospitality and commercial environments. The collection’s natural palette and refined forms allow it to integrate easily into a variety of settings, from contemporary terraces and poolside retreats to outdoor dining areas and covered transitional spaces.

The collection includes armchairs, lounge chairs, an oversized lounge chair, two- and three-seat sofas, benches, a beach chair, coffee tables and dining tables in multiple sizes. This breadth makes it possible to create cohesive outdoor environments for dining, lounging and gathering while maintaining a consistent design language.

Designed for indoor and outdoor use, TIBBO combines the durability required for exterior environments with the comfort and sophistication expected of indoor furniture. The premium teak offers natural weather resistance and can be maintained to preserve its warm, golden-brown appearance. When left untreated outdoors, the teak gradually develops a silver-grey patina that adds another layer of character to the collection.
