The AZURE Houses issue returns in 2026 with stunning, innovative residential projects from Canada and around the world. Plus, we take a look at that seeming relic of the past: the mall.

Utilizing a new technology – Tekloom – the Warp collection of three high-performance textiles offer the elegance of a woven textile with the durability of a coated fabric, thanks to its unique chemical bonding. Intended for use in high-traffic settings, the blended polyester and TPE fabrics have an acrylic backing are bleach cleanable, graffiti-free and impermeable to liquids.

Apex’s repeated small-scale pattern is achieved by using solid coloured yarns in both the warp and weft, giving it vivid lines and clear colour combinations. An upholstery textile, Apex is offered in 13 colourways.

Evoking woven natural yarns, the textural upholstery fabric Flux has a striking strie effect with fluctuations in tone that are the result of the fabrics construction: a combination of multicolour filament yarns in the weft. With a palette of seven warm tones, Flux is ideal for education, healthcare and senior living environments.

Smart and sophisticated, Parallel features large-scale stripes reminiscent of wool twill and blends multicolour yarns with solid yarns in the weft, giving it depth and dimensions. Intended for use in healthcare facilities and educational and corporate institutions it is available in seven colourways.
