Cassina is looking for a passionate and results-driven Luxury Sales Associate to join its New York team and play a key role in driving business growth while creating exceptional client relationships.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of the brand, acting as a trusted partner to clients, architects, and designers. You’ll combine your passion for design with a strong business mindset to deliver results and create memorable experiences.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and trade professionals
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the store’s client base
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch luxury client experience from initial contact through project completion
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals
  • Maintain showroom standards to reflect the excellence and heritage of the Cassina brand
  • Host and support in-store events to engage the design community and drive traffic
  • Actively grow and leverage a strong client portfolio through CRM tools and outreach
  • Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities with accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner with leadership to provide regular sales forecasts and business insights

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture or high-end design
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is a plus
  • Passion for design, aesthetics, and luxury environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, or 3D tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
