Levitt Bernstein, a design-led architectural practice of 115 employees with offices in London and Manchester, is seeking an organized and experienced Project Assistant to join its office in London. This role will involve supporting a studio director with diary, meeting and email management, as well as coordinating and minuting meetings for the board of directors, EOT board and senior management team.
Responsibilities
- Creating documents and reports in InDesign
- Maintaining day to day paper and electronic document management
- Organizing project meetings, booking rooms and travel arrangements
- Colouring and labelling sketches and drawings using Photoshop
- Research for project teams
- Maintain practice protocols
- Coordination of project information via extranets
- Coordinating studio meetings and events
- Other Adhoc administrative duties, as required
Qualifications
- Experience in supporting senior levels of staff
- Calm and professional manner in all communication both internal and external
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work discretely and confidentially
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet demanding deadlines
- Advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills and demonstrable high level of graphic design expertise
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- An eye for detail and accuracy.
