Requirements:

• RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent qualification)
• Three to five years post-Part 3 experience
• Experience of RIBA stages 4 and 5 preferable (working in the UK) – acting as CA under JCT contracts
• Strong design and detailing skills
• Strong visual communication skills
• Experience of UK regulatory framework including building regulations and CDM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
