We are currently looking for Lighting Designer based in Prague, Czech Republic who will be responsible for preparing lighting projects and providing top-notch technical expertise to our sales team and customers.

What you’ll do

• You’ll prepare lighting projects in accordance with specific technical requirements
• You’ll support the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
• You’ll prepare lighting projects in accordance with specific technical requirements:
  
  • Develop lighting concepts
  • Prepare of lighting calculations
  • Designing lighting control systems
  • Prepare of technical documentation
  • Presentation of proposed lighting solutions to customers and end users
• You’ll provide trainings and technical presentations.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor or master degree in technical area: electrical engineering, or architecture; preferred specialization: lighting technology
• 2+ years of experience in lighting design and application support in the Lighting industry
• Hands-on experience in using Dialux, Relux, Autocad or other Lighting Design software; knowledge of Photoshop, 3D studio, Revit will be an added value
• Fluent Czech (both orally and in writing) is obligatory, at least communicative level of English
• Basic knowledge of control systems and building automation will be an added value
• Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office software required, especially MS Excel
• Creativity, excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills; flexible team player and self-motivated.
