Studio Saxe is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Architect to join their team in London, UK to work on innovative architectural projects that blend luxury and sustainability for high-end residential and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with Studio Saxe’s design philosophy and high standards
  • Oversee and coordinate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and specifications using BIM methodology
  • Develop and manage Bills of Quantities
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations with an emphasis on sustainability
  • Collaborate closely with interior and landscape design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
  • Review and approve shop drawings and technical documentation to maintain design intent
  • Coordinate site visits to oversee the construction process and ensure quality standards

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a Masters degree
  • Four to seven plus years of experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino (preferred), and Adobe Suite
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of NFPA regulations (preferred)
  • A robust portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful architectural projects
  • Eligible to work in the UK; applicants must have UK residency and a valid work visa
